TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All rents are exclusive of all outgoings including Council Tax, Water Rates, Electricity & Gas and Telephone Charges unless stated otherwise.
- All rents are payable calendar monthly by Bankers Standing Order.
- One month’s rent is payable in advance and a Rental Bond usually equivalent to one month’s rent will be required.
- The Rental Bond will be payable 5 working days prior to occupation. The tenant will be required to pay a non-refundable administration charge of £50 for setting up the tenancy agreement and for undertaking references and credit checks.
- It is the tenant’s responsibility to contact the relevant utility companies (i.e. water, gas, electricity etc) to ensure that such facilities are available and to advise the names of the new occupiers of the property.
- It is the tenant’s responsibility to inform us if utility suppliers are changed.
- No pets are to be kept at rented property.
- Suitable contents insurance must be in force for the term of the tenancy.
